We recommend including as much information as possible in your job description. We recommend including job duties, responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations. Also be sure to include specific instructions on how you wish the applicant should apply if you prefer they apply in a way other than through WillowCreek.ChurchStaffing. We also recommend including information about your church or ministry as well. This lets job applicants know more about your ministry to see if they would be a good fit for the position.
